MSC for Modern Building is an Egyptian MEP and infrastructure contractor based in Nasr City, Cairo.
MSC was set up by engineers who spent years running fire protection, plumbing and network works on live sites before they put their name on a company. That habit stayed: drawings are checked before the first pipe is cut, crews are supervised on site rather than by phone, and nothing is handed over until it has been tested.
We install and commission HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm and gas suppression systems, together with the underground water, fire and drainage networks that serve them. Our clients include tourism developers on the North Coast and Red Sea, hospital groups, and industrial owners in the Ain Sokhna industrial zone.
Our work is judged on execution quality, technical compliance and safety, and on how well we coordinate with the consultant and the main contractor.
